Social Refleks Run 2026 in Aarhus – by Børneulykkesfonden, Codan & Roberta’s Society

Walk or run with us and light up the darkness at Social Refleks Run in Aarhus!

Wintertime is reflector time

That’s why Børneulykkesfonden, Codan and Roberta’s Society are once again inviting you to join Social Refleks Run on Friday, October 23rd.

We’ll meet at 07:00 outside Roberta’s Society, Møllegade 3A, Aarhus, where all participants will receive this year’s reflector. From there, we’ll lace up our walking and running shoes, light up the streets and raise awareness about the importance of being visible in the dark.

There will be a 5 km running route and a 3 km walking route through the city, as well as different pace groups, so everyone can join in. You can select your preferred pace group when purchasing your ticket.

After the run, we’ll gather at Roberta’s Society for a cosy morning with a freshly baked bun with butter and cheese and filter coffee.

Participation costs DKK 50. All proceeds go directly to Legeheltene, who make a difference for sick and hospitalised children.
It will be an active and meaningful start to the day, and we hope you’ll join us!

Social Refleks Run is part of Årets Refleksdag 2026
Årets Refleksdag is a nationwide campaign that raises awareness about visibility in traffic and the importance of wearing reflectors during the darker months.

Studies show that only around 50% of people exercising outdoors use reflectors or lights on their clothing. That’s why we introduced Social Refleks Runs for the first time in 2025 – creating a fun and active way to highlight the importance of remembering your reflectors, also when exercising outdoors.

And in 2026, we’re doing it again!
