These terms and conditions apply to all bookings at Roberta’s Society, whether made via our website, by email, or by telephone. They contain important information about your stay, and we kindly ask that you read them carefully.
If you have any questions, please contact us:
By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation number from us. At this point, a binding agreement is entered into between you and Roberta’s Society.
We require a valid credit card to guarantee your booking. Roberta’s Society reserves the right to cancel a reservation if invalid payment details are provided and cannot be replaced.
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted access to the rooms. Please inform us in advance if you wish to add additional guests.
All rates are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
The total price of your stay will be confirmed at the time of booking. Depending on the rate selected:
A pre-authorisation may be taken on your card upon check-in to cover incidental charges.
Any additional charges incurred during your stay (e.g. food, beverages, damages or missing items) must be settled upon departure. If not, they will be charged to the card used to guarantee the booking.
Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked:
If cancelled after this deadline, or in case of no-show, a fee equivalent to the first two nights of the stay will be charged. The fee will not exceed the total value of the booking.
Early departures or changes reducing the length of stay after the cancellation deadline may be treated as cancellations and subject to the same charge.
A cancellation is only valid once confirmed in writing by us, including a cancellation number.
Cancellation terms for corporate agreements and group bookings may differ and will be outlined in the relevant agreement.
Roberta’s Society reserves the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any prepaid amounts will be fully refunded.
For security and in accordance with Danish law, all guests must present valid photo identification at check‑in so that we can accurately record your full name, date of birth and address of residence. This information is a statutory requirement and will be kept in our guest register.
Guests from outside the EU/EEA must also provide passport details and nationality information, as required by regulation.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
We want Roberta’s Society to feel like a welcoming and comfortable home for all our guests. We kindly ask you to respect the following:

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms or property during their stay. Costs for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning may be charged.

Group bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions, including deposit, payment, and cancellation policies.
A rooming list must be provided to booking@robertassociety.com at least 14 days prior to arrival.
All charges must be settled according to the agreed terms. Any outstanding amounts not paid will be charged to the agreed payment method.
We take all reasonable care to provide a safe and secure environment. However, guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
Roberta’s Society is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property, except where caused by proven negligence.
