From black bean daal with naan and raita to Korean pulled pork burgers with yuzu slaw and gochujang mayo – this is food with flavour first.
There’s Roberta’s miso lasagne (yes, it works), pork tonkotsu sandwiches with slaw and Kewpie, and cold noodle salads with tahin and miso dressing.
