We can cancel your booking via email at info@robertassociety.com. Please check our cancellation policy before reaching out to us. If you have booked through a third party or online travel agent you should contact them regarding a cancellation.
If you paid for your booking in advance, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or amended. If you have booked a flexible rate you can change or cancel you booking until 48 hours prior arrival.
Reservations for 20 people or more will be considered group bookings. Special group terms and conditions will apply (please contact our team for more information info@robertassociety.com.
Roberta’s Society does not accept bookings made by those under the age of 16. Under 18’s can stay in private rooms when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Under 18’s can stay in shared rooms only if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or if they are part of a school group that has booked out the entire dorm room and the teacher has the required documentation.
Unaccompanied minors aged 16 and over will only be allowed in private rooms. Groups of minors will be accepted at the discretion of the property and booked via the group’s reservations department.
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in automatic Cancellation with no refund given.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Depending on your reservation your credit card will either be charged when you make your reservation or 48 hours before the arrival date. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions

Yes, it is possible that you complete your check-in process online. You will receive notifications from Aeroguest which is our digital key app. By using Aeroguest you will be able to access your room without personal contact to our staff.
Our reception is open 24 hours a day. In case you arrive early and want to drop off your luggage, you can rent a locker or use our luggage room for a small fee.
You can arrange a late check-out for 50kr per person. Late check-out runs until 13:00, giving you more time to sleep in and relax before leaving.
Yes, our lobby bar is open and staffed 24 hours a day. However, our front door is locked with only key access between 02:00 – 06:00. Please call our lobby & bar to open the doors if you arrive during this time.
Lockers are available throughout your stay for a small fees. These can be rented through by contacting the lobby & bar hosts.
Roberta’s Society is open to our guests: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you’re staying with us, you always have access! The front doors are locked between 02:00 – 06:00. You will need your physical or digital key to access the property between these hours.
Our address is Møllegade 3A, Aarhus, 8000. We are located right in front of Mølleparken. We are a nice 1km walk from the train and bus station.
Yes, you can rent hairdryers for a small fee.
Yes, all room types including our beds in our pod dorm have a fresh, clean towel stored in their private lockers.
Yes, all beds in all room types come with linen and are made so you can check in and relax!
Our suites have double beds. Our pod dorm beds are 140x200cm in size. All other room types have single beds.
No, we do not allow pets to stay at Robertas unfortunately.
Yes, providing it arrives whilst you are staying here. If something arrives before or after your stay, we will not accept it.
Yes, you can bring in guests to our public areas such as the lobby bar & cantina. However, once these areas close, they must leave the venue. Guests who are not staying at Robertas are not allowed into our private accommodation areas. This includes our pod dorm.
No unfortunately not.
Yes, our pod dorm and all of our shared rooms have individual lockers assigned to each bed. When you reserved a bed in a shared room, the locker can be added to your reservation for a small fee. For all private rooms and dorms – the lockers are included.
Yes, you can use our large luggage room. This can only be accessed by staff on shift.
No, we do not sell these products in our shop.

We have standard European power sockets running on 220 V and are compatible with type C and F. All beds have their own power socket with an USB port available.
Yes, you will be able to rent bikes. Price is TBC.
Yes, all dorms have a fresh, clean towel stored in their private lockers.
For our beds and dreamboxes it is up to you if you want to bring your own or rent a towel.
Towel rental is DKK 20 per towel.

For beds and dreamboxes a mandatory fee for locker and linen is payable on arrival.
The cost is DKK 50 per person per night.
Roberta´s Cantina will open on June 3rd and will have numerous food items available for purchase.
Our breakfast buffet costs 89kr per person, per morning.
No, we do not have these facilities on site as we will have a restarant that serves different offerings for all meals of the day.

The lobby bar closes to the public at 02:00. The lobby bar remains open all the time to guests that are staying in the hostel.

We do not have any guest parking. However, there is plenty of options around Roberta’s Society. At the back of the building and also at the side of the building we have a Q Park option. The cost is approximately 25kr per hour. Directly at the front of the hostel we have local council owned parking. Parking here is done through a number of apps. All guests park in the city at their own risk and Roberta´s Society is not responsible for guests vehicles or bills.
We have dorms that can be booked by everyone, and we have dorms that are reserved for women only.

If you are booking beds in a dorm for more than one person, we can’t guarantee that you’ll be placed in the same room. If you want to be sure to stay in the same room, please book a private room
Unfortunately, we don’t.
All our rooms have bathrooms located inside the rooms except for our Private twin share and our pod dorm beds. These two rooms types share the same communal bathrooms
You should book our a private room. We have lots of options availible if you wish to spend the night alone and have some private space.

The local area is Aarhus City Centre, making Roberta’s the perfect spot for experiences in and around Aarhus. You are 300m from the shopping centre of Aarhus, AROS Art Centre is across the street and a number of other sightseeing spots can be reached by foot. Ask us in the reception for more information.

No! Roberta´s Society is 100% smoke-free. Smoking it is not permitted inside Kølpin Hotels facilities, but only in the outdoors designated areas. Customers’ inability to comply with the non-smoking policy will be fined with an extra fixed charge.
