From black bean daal with naan and raita to Korean pulled pork burgers with yuzu slaw and gochujang mayo – this is food with flavour first.
There’s Roberta’s miso lasagne (yes, it works), pork tonkotsu sandwiches with slaw and Kewpie, and cold noodle salads with tahin and miso dressing.
Add sourdough and whipped butter. Fries with rosemary salt or house spice. Maybe a secret sauce or two. It’s the kind of food you want to eat. And then eat again.
